If you are truly unhappy, then file for divorce. Anything earned during the course of the marriage is considered to be joint property regardless of how it is titled unless you entered into a prenuptial agreement. If you are found to be the primary residential parent, you will be awarded child support to be paid by the father to help you pay for the needs of the children and a place to live.
