Do i have a case

Have breast cancer surgury and took three weeks off.I know have to do chemo. I went back to workk to be laid off.I believe because i am sick .My insurance is thru them

Not and ADA case. But do you have Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability insurance with your employer? That is a case.

Your medical and life insurance policy may also have a waiver of premium clause. Check with your Human Resource Dept for copies of your policies.
