Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

child custody

my daughter is in jail and she left custody to me and my partner of her son who is 2 yrs old and he has been in our custody/care since he has been born. we had asked my sister to watch him for a couple of hours and while she was watching him my niece and her husband went and got him. they are not giving him back to us and will not let us see him, what can we do? we did not want family services involved but will do want we need to do. what can we do to get him back?

Do you have a custody order? You could contact the police if you do.
