company not retuning me to work

my mother was in hospis I was on leave for 1wk now company not bringing me back to work,after 4wks told I have voluntary quit.any recorse. She died day after I arrived

You may be protected by the family medical leave act if your employer had 50 or more employees, you worked there for at least one year and they knew you were on leave to care for your mother. I suggest you call me or an employment lawyer in your area to discuss the matter in more detail.
