Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

My daughter and her boyfriend have sex in my home. I was told that that is illegal .I think that that is not true. I live in Florida . Volusia county . What is the real answer.

It depends on how old your daughter and her boyfriend are. If one is a minor and the other is an adult, then that is against the law. Whether legal or not, do you really think it is a good thing to encourage?
