Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
My daughter was just diagnosed with Lupus and needs intermittant care as in frequent Dr. appointments and is also diabetic and needs care. Is she elegible for FMLA. Her place of business states she hasn't any time off available for medical care and no sick days are available. She has worked ther for 1 year.

Has she worked there full time for that year? Does her employer have at least 50 employees? These are some of the other requirements for the employer to have to offer FMLA.
