discrimination/threats due to family medical leave

after i had used fmla for 3.5 hours of leave time my supervisor advised me that she noticed i had used fmla and that i should be careful since it could be investigated at any time. in my employee records she wrote that ''she has picked up some fmla time this can be investigated at any time''. i was terminated soon after.

Please call me for a free consultation. I need more details to determine whether the discharge was in violation of the law.

Of course, the "investigation" of fmla leave is limited to legitimate medical inquiries and you can not legally be discharged or retaliated against for using the leave.
