Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

Can an employer deny an employee personal leave who has a 0 leave balance due to the fact that the employee has exhausted all of his/her because of FMLA. (i.e., can an employer deny an employee ( who has come back from FML) time off to go to the dentist to have his teeth cleaned)

look at the employee manual. probably, this is fine. Find an after hours dental service. Many are available early in the morning as well.
