Can an employer fire you after being on Family Medical leave when you return to work, if the company is closing

Not sure I understand what you are asking. If the company is closing, then there are no jobs and the FMLA has no bearing on the situation. With regard to the FMLA, no all employees are eligible for FMLA, not all employers are required to adhere to it, and it is not an unlimited guarantee.
If you believe that you are being wrongfully terminated you should schedule an appointment with an attorney in person to discuss all of the aspects of your case.
