Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

My employer is going to terminate me.

I have been out of work for three weeks, because of an automobile accident. During all of this I suffered a broken right ankle in which the doctors had to do intensive surgery for. I am now in therapy trying to get mobile again without the use of a wheelchair. I have worked for this company for three years and then left and came back to work for them in August of 2004. Th accident happened on January 29, 2005. Can they actually do this?

Are you on Family Medical Leave? Are you on workers compensation? I would need to speak with you and find out more detailed information. I handle FMLA and workers comp retaliation cases.
