Family medical leave act

I would like a copy of the federal medical leave act. What happens if both parents are employed by the same business? Are both parents eligible for the 3 month leave at the time of the birth of a baby?

The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is enforced by the US Department Labor and I am fairly certain you can get a copy at their web site which is www.dol.gov. As to your other question, when both parents work for the same employer, they get a total of 12 weeks FMLA leave to be split between the two people.
