Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

Family Medical Leave Act

I am currently employed for an a electrical company who has office staff and union workers. I have been with this company for over a year now. A week after I told my boss I was pregnant they are interviewing women to fill a spot that was never needed. They say not to worry, but I am nervous. Do I need to hire a lawyer?
