FMLA apply to temporary employees?

Does FMLA apply to an at-will temporary employee -even if that employee is on a long term assignment?

It can. It depends on many factors, including the number of employees working for both the temp. agency and the job in which you are placed, and the extent to which each entity controlled your job duties.
