Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

I have a FMLA, can my employer reduce my hours to part time in the ecominic downturn. I have worked for this company for 2 years and last wednesday they gave me a written warning, for personal calls, tardiness without any warning. I live in Florida and my husband had stage 4 terminal cancer.

If they took actions against you due to your taking FMLA or advising them you are going to take FMLA, than that would be illegal under Federal law and you need to speak to an employment law attorney asap re: your legal rights.
