Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

I recently submitted written request for sick leave do to job stress causing depression. I am currently taking Lexapro. The next day I was terminated. My employment file shows only one written disciplinary action in 6 yrs of employment. Can they do this???

You may have a claim under the ADA or Florida Civil RIghts Act. You need to file a complaint with the EEOC Asap. Feel free to call or e-mail my office if you would like to discuss this matter or need assistance filing with the EEOC.
