Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

My son is deploying to Iraq. i will be taking 4 days off to make sure all his power of attorney and papers are signed. I have 69 hrs of sick pay. Can any of my sick hours be used for my days missed.

Probably not, because you are not sick -- but it would depend on the specific policy of your employer. I would be surprised if this counted as sick time.
