Am I required to post the FMLA or supply a copy to each employee or both?

Re: posting

If your company is large enough (more than 50 employees), then you must post the FMLA notice in a conspicuous place where employees will see it (such as a breakroom bulleting board). You can download the poster at dol.gov. The site is http://dol.gov/esa/regs/compliance/posters/fmla.

htm. If you have a significant number of non-English speaking employees, you must post in English and the other language(s).

Since you are asking this basic quesiton, chances are you are not entirely up to speed on your FMLA obligations. The DOL website has tons of info, including the actual statute and regulations. They are complicated, though, so you should use a professional (HR expert, lawyer, DOL, etc.) when you have difficult FMLA questions to ensure you are handling it properly.

Good luck.
