Pregnancy Leave
My daughter has been with a company over 3 yrs - she worked full time but was gradually reduced her hours to under 15 after she told employer she was preganant - now she is due in 3 weeks and she was fired with no reason except that they have hired too many new people and dont have any hours for her - what can we do - she is a single woman getting ready to have a baby

If she can prove a violation of the FMLA Act, she has a remedy.
