Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
Salary continuation
Hi this is in reference to my previous question about salary continuation. The doctor did say that I was unable to work due o depression and anxiety. However it still got denied. I am appealing and would like to know what specifics I can focus on to get it approved. Thank you.

I would focus on the doctor's opinion and the reasons why he or she says that you cannot work.
