Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
I work for a company that headquarters are in New Orleans, LA and have offices in Texas, Florida and California. The New Orleans and Texas office have over 50 employees, Florida and California do not. Does this mean that the Florida and California employees do not qualify for FMLA?

I am pretty sure that you can argue that all of the offices and employees have to be taken into account for FMLA. For more information on employee rights check out our employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or my website www.behrenlaw.com.
