Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in Florida

Child Support

We are residents of FL. However, the State of OH, child services have been taking (25yr old case) child support pymts out of soc.sec. pymts.

I am 67yrs. old in poor health and the children are in their 40's now.

Can i fight this?
