Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Well about 3 months ago I made a payment to them because my mom gave me the money. But I have never authorized a transaction of 600 or more. My mom would give me the money and then I would pay it. I didnt have it as an authorized transaction Month to month.

Go see your bank. They may be able to reverse this. Ask them to show you the authorization that permitted the bank to allow the withdrawal. This may be the bank's problem too. Just e-mail me directly with other questions rather than posting a response. the board is not really meant for back and forth communications.
