Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My 12 year old child with multiple disabilities, was taken down and inappropriately and improperly restrained at his special needs public school. He has two (2) broken bones in his right leg, and may

affect his growth. Can we sue, and how much would he be compensated?

Yes, you can sue. Compensation is an individualized thing. Each case has its own unique value.

You may certainly file a lawsuit in this case. The amount of money that can be recovered will depend upon many different factors such as the circumstances surrounding the incident wherein your son was injured and also the nature and extent of your son's injuries. I advise for you to contact a licensed Florida attorney that can provide you with an initial consultation on your case.
