Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

me an my 12 year old sister were detained in Burlington coat factory. we were accused of shoplifting after searching us and realizing that they were wrong they let ou go without even apologizing i contacted corporate and they investigated and found there guys to be at fault for not following procedure and offered me a 200 dollar gift card do i have a case against them for what they did.
