Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

For about 7 years now I have been harassed, intimidated, and even threatened by a family member. We have been estranged for a very long time now but she has been harassing me through social media, text messages, and even getting other people involved to harass me as well. I should mention that she is an attorney and my sister. She practices disability law in OK and even though I live in FL she still continues to cause me pain. She even secretly recorded a conversation we had on the phone while at her previous employers. She then emailed that conversation (I'm still unaware that she recorded it at the time) to several people using her employing attorney's office server. I'm not sure what my options are. I just want her to leave me and my children alone. Any advice u could give me would be extremely helpful. Thank u.

You use a great many broad or global legal conclusions without specifics. I suggest you meet with an attorney with the relevant documentation. Eventually you may need to hire an attorney in OK to enforce any rights that you may have.
