abandoned car
What should I do with an abandoned junked car left by my deseased brother? His name was the only one on the title, he owes a $1000 balance. City wants my mother to have it moved or they will charge her a fee.

It is an asset of the estate and would be governed by that process. You should be able to sell it and pay the creditors of the estate.
