Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Abandoned property by an evicted tenat

We had a tenant legally evicted for non-payment of rent. He notified the court that he had vacated the property2 weeks prior to final eviction. We followed

through with the eviction, as he appeared to still have visible property, junk in yard and an old car with flats, not operable at all, etc. The Sheriff's department gave us back possession of the house, and he had,in fact, moved out, leaving some small items , which we, as well as the Deputy, deemed as things the tenant did not want . However, he did leave the wrecked car and a small travel trailer, which we have had towed away from the property. What are we allowed to do with them, as the storage is running a bill. This tenant owes 3 months back rent, as well as all the court, recording, and service fees.
