Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Need to know if I can get advice on family matters. Have a disturbed mother/grandmother/mother-in-law, who is disrupting our family life. Looked up laws, and found disorderly conduct and it fits her actions. She shows unruly or disturbing behaviors, which acts to provoke a disturbance.

For everyone's records, this is more of a foreclosure issue than anything else. Mom is crazy, but she is on the deed to the house where husband and wife live.
