Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My under aged son and two under aged nephews were going to Jamaica for the summer to spend the holiday with family; my son with his dad and his two cousins with their grandmother. They were to be accompanied there by another cousin who is 22yrs old. They would all leave today, (June 15) on a Spirit flight. The three under aged boys would return on August 19 but the 22yr old was scheduled to return on the 17th. The 22 yr old would also be required to go back to Jamaica on another spirit on August 17 to pick up the boys and take them back to Florida on the 19 of August. The June 15 flights are all cancelled because of strike action against (evil) spirit. Spirit Airlines is offering to give me full refund or flight credit on the cancelled flights but only a flight credit is offered on the August 17th "because that flight is not cancelled." The full refund will take 20 business days to go back to my a/c. Please give me some legal advice.
