aggrevated stalking

I was arrested and i bonded out after 33 days the state dropped it the cops never called to check on my witnesses to confirm my side.now the state is still at me and wants me to plea out.but i have proof and it shows that i was never at the places she clams me to be.is there a way i can sue for wrongful arrest for my charge and place the other party in jail for wrongfully having me arrested and can i sue the state for not going threw all evidence.i lost my home !i cant get a job!and i lost my girlfriend!all this so my x can keep our child savana.i lost money on going from jupiter to Melbourne.and i bonded out .for 1000,00 cash and a car ti tall.i need help please!!!i wan't my child back in my life again.thank you for looking at my questions

Your question is unclear. You say that the state "dropped it" but that the state "is still at it." That is inconsistent. Are charges pending?

It is highly unlikely that you could sue the state for having arrested you if there was a complaint made. The state could charge someone with falsely reporting a crime, but that is unusual given their other workload.

If the case has been dropped against you and if you can prove your x lied to get you arrested, then you conceivable have a claim for abuse of process or malicious prosecution. That is hard to prove and it is not probable that your x has anything to get so the time and effort to bring a case might well be wasted.

You need to see a family law lawyer to deal with the custody issue and if you can prove the false charges, that will help you in that venue.
