apartment 60 day notice

I have lost my job and my lease is up on 10/31. What negative ramifications will or can I suffer

Unless your lease says otherwise, you're not required to gave any notice to move out on 10/31, if that's what your question is. If your lease requires 60 days (or some other) notice to move out, you could lose your security deposit and/or get sued for lost rent by the landlord.
