Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Can you appeal a restraining order?

I have an ex-girlfriend that is trying to put a 5th retraining order on me. The first 4 were dismissed dut to lack of evidence. I was wondering, if she gets this one put on me, can I appeal the judges ruling? Also, is there a way to keep her from doing this again to me? Last time the judge told her that she could not use the court system to harass me, and here she does it again! I am not doing anything to her, as a matter of fact, I moved out of town, 120 miles away, just to get away from her, till all things settle down with her.I need some help, and was wondering if there is a place that can help me deal with this. Thank you.

Re: Can you appeal a restraining order?

It sounds like you may have a prime case for malicious prosecution against your ex girlfriend and may want to file an injunction against her.
