Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

thats not what I asked (settlement percentage)

The reply to my question that you provided from section 733 part VI of the florida statutes is refering to fees related to a personal representative. I meant the settlement pecentage if an agreement is reached before having to go to trial by heirs of a decedent that is intestate

Re: thats not what I asked (settlement percentage)

The percentages and amounts that I gave you were foe the fees of counsel. Look at 733.6171, Florida Statutes, entitled "compensation for attorney for the personal representative:

That should answer your question.
