Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I Attempted to Get The Attorney firm Morgan & Morgan To Represent me Because I use Denture cream and In 2008 I Had many Of The Problems listed On There Infomercial. I Did get my Blood Checked And Copper zinc Levels are Ok For Now. Question What If In five Years I Get Copper Zinc Poisioning Due to Denture Cream? See I Have Maintained That Because I have used there products 6 To 7 Times a day for the last 13 Years That My Exposure Is Grater Than Ever Because There Is no other product for me to Use. Can I attach myself to the claim Even Though No Firm Has Taken me as a Client? Any Attorney That Takes this to court Is Going To Make the Claim That Its a poision! There Is No Going Around that. And The FDA Had Known. So If I Am Still Subjected To Take This Poision Why Should I not Be Given Compensation? Thank you for your time.

You are intentionlly using a product 6 to 7 times a day, that you believe is harmful to your health? But you have no symptoms of harm? After 13 years? And Morgan & Morgan refused to take you as a client? What if, in 5 years, you get copper zinc poisoning from this product? A jury would wonder why you used a product for another 7 years, AFTER you determined that is it is harmful to your health.
