Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My aunt sent me some expensive clothing from her store where she works - but she did it indirectly, so they messed up the address. It was delivered to the wrong address and delivered to the door. The package has my name on it and it has the store's name on it. What legal action can I take if they do not return it?

You can file a lawsuit for conversion and civil theft.

I would start with a lawyer's letter advising the people that the items were improperly sent to them and now improperly being retained. Lawsuits are expensive so the value of the clothes has to justify the costs involved. Seek some legal help.
