I have a durable power of attorney. My questions is i have some construction equipment for sale. If my Agent that i have assigned for my power of attorney is unable to meet the buyer can he/she autorize someone to sign the title of the equipment to the buyer?

Generally yes. Legal documents are like cars, some are fast and durable and some are not. Look at the document.
