Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Auto accident (Jan. 11. 2013): Two indiviuals ran into traffic in middle of block. One narrowly missed getting hit by my car. Suddenly there was a thud from second individual hitting my right front fender. He was injured and hospitalized. Injured party received citation in the incident. Yesterday,I received forms from his attorney asking me to divulge my assets. Should I do this? Damage to my vehicle has cost me $1,400 beyond insurance coverage.
