Auto Fraud

I bought a car on Ebay 2007 Altima auction stated mint no scratches. The car has undisclosed frame and engine damage. The car has been in a severe accident and the frame is bent and damaged. This was never disclosed. The title has mileage as 11,000 and beside mileage states not actual. Paid 16,600. Carfax report comes back clean with no accident. Clearly a gross misrepresentation. The mechanic states the car could not even pass inspection. What type of attorney do I need?? I am willing to pursue all options... The car was bought in Florida and I live in N.C. Offered to drive car back and take a 2500 loss. The seller is very uncooperative. What do I do???

Coul send a lawyer letter to them and if they dont refund money could bring suit for fraud and other causes of aciton in Florida. Feeel free to call me if you wish to discuss this matter further. Thanks.
