Bank error

I made a telephone transfer from my checking acc to my credit card. Both accs at BOA. the sum of 25,000 was debited twice resulting in charges and considerable embarrasment when my debit card was declined in a crowded store. What recourse do I have??

None.

I assume they reversed one of the debits so your account has in it what it is supposed to have.

You cannot recover for embarassement under your facts..
