If you bought the laptop it is yours. Do you have proof? A check, a note, a contract? anything? If not, it is her word against yours.
If you bought it, it's a done deal. She cannot 6 months later have "seller's remorse," and demand more money. As Mr. Wagner correctly states, you need to have some proof that you purchased it -- an email, a check, anything -- or it is your word against hers. Filing a false police report is a crime.
If you have proof of payment, then you should be able to defend yourself against her attempt to get more money. If it goes that far, you can use your proof of payment as evidence. Your ex-friend should know that is a misdemeanor crime to file a false police report against someone.
