Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I bought a van the first week of April , Before I could register it I became Il and was put in the hospital.After I got out of the hospital I was scedualed to move to another town so I loaded it up with everything I own and moved . the next morning I was in a accident and the van was towed.

I tried to pay the tow bill but they wouldnt take my money because it wasent in my name.

I have the bill of sale but the title was in the van.

The lady I bought the van from went to the tow company and sold the van along with all my belongings to them.

I have lost EVERYTHING I own Is there anything I can do
