Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My boyfriend of ten years bought me a jeep about five years ago as a gift and put it in my name only, now that we are splitting up he says he can take the jeep back, can he?His name isnt even on the title only mine, same as the aharley he bought me and put in my name only but he says he can take that too, can he?

It's in your name, so it's yours. He can't take back the gift.
