Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

my boyfriend and i have been together for about a year and now that we have went our seperate ways he is holding my mail. however i still have a key to his apartment, can i go and get my mail while he's not home?

If you are on the lease, you have the right to enter the apartment. Unless, of course, you are barred by a restraining order or other injunction.

If your boyfriend took your mail, and is not giving it to you, he committed a federal offense. File a change of address asap. If you don't get your mail...contact the post office and file a complaint for his interfering with your mail.
