Breach of contract

I am a travel nurse. I signed a contract with an agency to work at a hospital. I was not informed that there would be a test given and if I failed the test that my contract would be cancelled. There is nothing in my contract stating this. I failed the test and my contract was cancelled. I have incurred financial losses due to loosing this contract. Can I sue for damages?
