If you own a business and you are incorporated and a subcontractor has brought a civil case against you for unpaid invoices can if they win their case can they take any of your personal things like vehicles trailors ect..?

Generally speaking, no, they cannot. However, there are a number of factual issues that can complicate the issue. These include who paid for the items, how they are titled, whether they have been transferred out of the corporation to you or others without payment of the fair market value to the corporation and so on.
Assumiong that you have a legitimate corporation, no.
It depends. Did you engage in some sort of improper conduct (like Fraud) in either the formation or the use of the corporate form, and did the improper conduct impose an injury on the plaintiff? Are the vehicles/trailers corporate assets?
