Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
All I did was call her and texed her
My ex-girlfriend filed for an injunction on the 3rd of march and in her summery she lists nothing related to domestic violence also her date that all this happend is on feb 2008. I didn't even know her until nov. 3 2008. these are the papers the sherriffs office served me yesterday. What can I do?

Show up for the hearing and give the court the benefit of your side of the dispute. DO NOT ignore this. You do not want a domestic violence injunction on your record.
