Car Buyers Oder
my car's buyers order states i'm to pay 1 installment of1861.59 beginning 11-10-2009 does that mean i dont pay on the car until that date? I also have a promissary note that states that i can pay 200 every 2 weeks until taxes & tage fess are paid. then pay 70.00 weekly or 140 biweekly until balance paid?

It is not clear what your agreement is, but it sounds like you just pay the note. Go back to the dealership and sit down with the salesperson that sold you the car so he or she can explain it. If you have questions after that, then ask. Don't call -- go personally, so they can go over the paperwork with you.
