Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
car co-signed
I co-signed on a car for 35,000, to my business associate, who use lies to make me sigh, he never made payments and since first month, I have been making payment for over $800 a month (7 months), he abandon the car on bad shape on the road. I pay the fines and keep the car .... what are may choices since, he claim that he has no money but I know he is working .. by the way, he is on parole since he is a drug adict and was in jail for cocaine posesion...
whar are my choices ... thank you

You or your business might be able to sue him and garnish his wages.
