Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Car
Went to a car dealer, bought a car. Went back the next day to pick the vehicle up and all of a sudden they couldnt sell it to me because of income. I signed all of the contract paperwork, could have driven the vehicle home but couldnt. I signed a recision for the dealer to find out that it didnt protect me only the dealer. I asked them if I would have called and backed out what would they have done, they said they would have forced me in the contract. I have a complete contact, but no vehicle. Can I do anything?

Re: Car
The wording of the contract would be important, but from your description, you can force them to sell it to you. If the contract is contingent upon your income, then they have a way out.
