Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
new car purchase
I was told that in the state of Florida if you buy a new car, not used car, from a dealer and you dont like it, you can return it before 72 hours. Is this true?

No. There is absolutely no right to return a vehicle to any dealer unless the dealer makes such an offer in writing to you at the time of the purchase.
